  • Do you ship internationally?
    YES... we do! Please note that international orders may take a bit longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. You can find out more about our shipping processes with our shipping policy.
  • When do you restock?
    Our business is run by a small team, unfortunately we cannot produce in mass (nor do we want to contribute to fast fashion like this) therefore, every drop is very limited. We may be able to restock once or twice on certain collections, but the best way to find out about restocks is subscribe to our mailing list.
  • What do I do if the product is damaged?
    Please check item(s) over and report any damage contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. The ROSEFALL team will help resolve the issue. (Please provide pictures.)
